Privacy Policy
This website is run by Unique Party Band, part of Shaw Entertainment Inc., Calgary, Alberta. This page explains in plain language what happens to any information you send us here. Last updated 30 August 2026.
What we collect
Only what you type into the booking form: your name, your email address, your phone number if you give it, your event type, date and venue, and whatever you write in the message box. Nothing else. There are no accounts to create and nothing to sign up for.
What we do with it
It is emailed straight to us so we can reply to you about your event. That is the only reason it is collected. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it with anyone else, and we do not add you to a mailing list.
Who handles it along the way
The form is delivered by a service called Web3Forms, which passes your message to our inbox. The website itself is hosted by Vercel. Both are used purely to run the site and deliver your enquiry. Our typefaces are served from this website rather than fetched from a font company, so no third party is told that you visited.
Measuring visits
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages people find useful. It is deliberately privacy-friendly: it sets no cookies, stores nothing on your device and does not follow you between websites. It records the page viewed, roughly which country you are in, and the general type of device and browser. None of that identifies you, and there is nothing to opt out of because nothing is stored on your machine.
There are no advertising trackers, no retargeting pixels and no social media widgets anywhere on this site.
If we later switch on Google Analytics, it does use cookies, so a banner will ask before anything loads. Nothing is set unless you accept, declining is remembered, and the site works identically either way.
How long we keep it
Enquiries stay in our email so we have a record of your booking conversation. If you would like yours deleted, just ask and it will be removed.
Your choices
You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. You are also welcome to skip the form entirely and simply phone us.
